Elaine Rowe is a Toronto author who likes to write stories for children (and others) about unexpectedly talented animals and resourceful women. She has a degree in Journalism from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. After years of hiding her light under a bushel, she’s decided to see if anyone else likes her stories. Her other interests include quilting, ecclesiastical needlework, birds, cats, and her adult daughters. She lives in an untidy house with her husband and her calico cat, Angela.
