Paul Levinson, an American media theorist, novelist, and short story writer, offers an intriguing short story that touches upon one of the most often discussed moral and ethical questions: If you could do back in time and murder a genocidal dictator before he or she came to power, would you? 


AUTHOR

Paul Levinson writes science fiction, sf/mystery and popular and scholarly non-fiction. The Silk Code won the Locus award for Best First Novel of 1999. His novel The Consciousness Plague won the 2003 Mary Shelley Award for outstanding Fictional Work, and his short story and radio play It's Real Life did the same in 2023. Paul, who has published 8 science fiction novels and more than 50 stories, is a Professor of Communications and Media Studies at Fordham University.
